Terms & Conditions — ok10 Casino and Sports Betting

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ok10", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the ok10 platform accessible at ok10.io.
• "Platform" means the ok10 website, all associated subdomains, web applications, and mobile browser-accessible interfaces through which games, betting markets, and account services are offered.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the ok10 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which ok10 account balances are held and transactions are denominated.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ok10. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Access to and use of the ok10 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You have not previously been self-excluded from the ok10 Platform or had your account closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

ok10 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents will result in suspension of account withdrawals and, where applicable, the return of deposited funds net of any bonuses claimed prior to verification. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be permanently closed without notice.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) ok10 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must notify ok10 promptly if any of your registered details change. ok10 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.

Account registration is free of charge. ok10 does not charge any fee for opening, maintaining, or closing a Player account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time password (OTP) codes issued to your registered mobile number. ok10 will never ask you to share your password with any ok10 representative.

You must not allow any other person to access or use your ok10 account. If you become aware or suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify ok10 immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be taken. ok10 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

ok10 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections and stores passwords using industry-standard hashing protocols. OTP verification is required when logging in from a new device. These measures are designed to protect your account; however, no system is entirely immune from risk, and Players should take their own precautions including using unique, strong passwords and keeping their registered mobile number secure.

All deposits and withdrawals on the ok10 Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ok10 accepts the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance within approximately 30 seconds of successful transfer confirmation. ok10 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees as per their standard terms.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. ok10 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours; processing times may vary depending on your payment provider's settlement schedule.

KYC and Withdrawal Holds: ok10 may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of identity and age verification. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively after registration to avoid delays when withdrawing. ok10 reserves the right to request any documents it deems necessary to satisfy its verification obligations, including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.

ok10 reserves the right to reject any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

ok10 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are published alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms applicable to any bonus before claiming it.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the offer terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute differently toward bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution rates as specified in individual offer terms.
• One Bonus Per Account: Only one active bonus may be held in a Player's account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in all bonus funds being voided.

ok10 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Seasonal promotions may be offered during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL season, and other culturally relevant occasions — full terms for each promotion will be published at the time of launch.

All Games available on the ok10 Platform are governed by their individual game rules as presented within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. ok10 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred by a Player who did not understand the rules of a game they chose to play.

Sports Betting: All sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the published rules for the relevant sport and market type. In the event of a void match or event cancellation, stakes will be returned to the Player's account. In-play bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined — including bets placed due to a data feed delay — are void and will not be honoured.

Live Casino: Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of cards dealt or wheels spun in the live studio environment. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, ok10's system records will be used to determine the outcome and settle the bet. If a round cannot be determined, the stake will be returned.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcome or bet settlement, ok10 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. ok10 will investigate all reported malfunctions promptly and communicate outcomes to affected Players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ok10 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed and any balance forfeited:

• Creating more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including coordinated betting to exploit bonus terms or influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that may constitute a financial crime under applicable law.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a legitimate transaction processed through the Platform's payment systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ok10 staff, live dealer personnel, or other Platform users through any communication channel.

All content on the ok10 Platform, including but not limited to software code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of ok10 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No Player may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ok10.

ok10 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and ok10 actively encourages Players to gamble responsibly within their personal financial means.

ok10 offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every Player's account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when a session has reached a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and remain in effect for the chosen duration, after which reinstatement requires a written request and a mandatory cooling-off confirmation.

ok10's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ok10 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ok10 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ok10 will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events outside its reasonable control.

ok10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• The Player's account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to ok10.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.
• Continued operation of the account would be contrary to any applicable law or regulation.

Upon account closure for cause, ok10 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (for example, a platform-wide market exit), any verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be returned subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending investigations.

ok10 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ok10 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform.

The effective date of each version of these Terms & Conditions is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions are intended to be read and interpreted as a fair statement of the rights and obligations of both ok10 and its Players. ok10 operates with a commitment to transparency, fair play, and responsible gaming standards consistent with internationally recognised best practice in the online gaming industry.
